CaseTrust is awarded by the Consumers' Association of Singapore (CASE) to companies that have shown a commitment to customer satisfaction. The CaseTrust for Education Scheme has been customised specifically by CASE for the education industry in Singapore.

A school that achieves CaseTrust for Education is certified as an organisation that possesses the foundation for good quality student welfare/protection and standards.
